THE POSITION

The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for the oversight of the company's credit card programs and assist the Treasurer with the management of all company bank accounts, which includes 300 bank accounts with over 20 banks. This position will report to the Treasurer/Corporate Controller and will be working in the Scottsdale, AZ corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury responsibilities:

  • Assist with opening of new bank accounts including KYC procedures.
  • Assist with signature card updates as needed.
  • Assisting with daily ACH and checking positive pay reviews.
  • Process treasury-related payments.
  • Assist with other treasury-related functions, including manual check postings and stop pay.
  • Assist with internal control review of banking and credit card functions.

Credit Card responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and oversee the company's credit card program.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the company's credit card accounts.
  • Administrative oversight of the company's Concur platform.
  • Review of Travel costs as needed.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of treasury experience is required.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to support multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Lives within 30 miles of, or is willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.

WORK SETTING

  • In-person, Monday to Friday.
  • Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ.
