Position Overview: We are seeking a vibrant and highly professional Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask with a positive attitude. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice and the satisfaction of our patients.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • One hour lunch break


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a tight schedule to ensure patients are properly scheduled for hygiene appointments.
  • Run daily and monthly reports to ensure no patients are overlooked.
  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
  • Check-out patients, take and post payments accurately, and schedule their next appointment.
  • Confirm appointments for patients.
  • Send hygiene reports to the patient's general dentist.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.


Training: We invest significant time in training, including verbal communication skills and our proprietary software. No prior dental background is necessary.


Work Environment:

  • The practice consists of 3 doctors and 7 hygienists.
  • On a typical day, 2 doctors and 3-4 hygienists are in the office.
  • The office handles an average of 30+ patients daily, resulting in a high volume of phone calls.
  • The front office team typically consists of 4 members (currently 3).


Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and common sense.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor.
