Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS)
Skanska provides construction project management consulting services through our in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). The Program Manager (PM) responsibility is to assist the Program Executive on various public and private assignments. Acting in the role of Owner’s Agent, the Program Manager is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of projects from initiation through completion of construction by providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met.
This role will be based out of Hanover, NH.
Senior Program Manager Required Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience in a Project Management role managing higher education sector projects ranging in cost of $5 Million to $50 Million. Managing projects from initiation through completion of construction.
- 3+ years working with MEP and underground utilities.
- 2+ Years of experience managing the design process to ensure the designer delivers quality and complete documents on schedule.
- 2+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam and other project management software.
- 5+ Years of experience reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee the implementation of strategies and action plans to implement multiple projects on a single campus.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent and 5+ years of industry experience /or equivalent industry experience (7 years).
