Job Title: Film Production Permit Coordinator
Salary: $20-$21 per hour
Job Description: One of our clients, a well-established organization in the film industry, is seeking a dedicated Film Production Permit Coordinator to manage the permitting process for film, television, media, and still photography production in Palm Beach County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications for film production permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contacts, including local municipalities, taxing districts, and county departments.
- Coordinate the use of location sites for filming, working closely with local authorities to secure necessary approvals.
- Serve as a back-up to the Director of Operations for permitting tasks and the maintenance of official records, files, insurance certificates, and production data.
- Manage and organize the permitting workflow to ensure timely and efficient processing.
Job Type: Full-time
