Kitchen365 is seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies tailored to Kitchen365 and our enterprise clients. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, campaign management, and client relationship building. Your expertise will help drive the growth of Kitchen365’s digital presence and ensure client satisfaction through innovative digital marketing solutions. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office 3 days a week with the remaining 2 days being home-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads for Kitchen365 and enterprise clients, focusing on key areas such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring successful communication, campaign execution, and client satisfaction
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and offshore partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns, website development projects, and digital initiatives
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and engagement. Regularly report results to clients with actionable recommendations
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to enhance Kitchen365’s marketing efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including expertise in Google and Bing paid search, display advertising, social media marketing, and SEO
- Previous agency account management experience
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and client success
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Moz (formerly SEOMoz), and other relevant platforms
- Extensive knowledge of ROI & ROAS
- Prior offshore collaboration with other marketing team members
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and achieve client goals
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a focus on enterprise clients
- A customer-focused, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Preferred
- Prior kitchen and bath industry experience (e.g. cabinets, countertops, flooring, closets, etc.)
- eCommerce experience
Schedule Expectations
- Hybrid schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm; 3 days in office; 2 days home-based

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment and a professional home-based office routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
