Job Description:
Typical Duties / Responsibilities:
- Identifying, modifying, and re-creating device inventory lists (over 40,000 devices) in Excel
Knowledge/Skills Needed:
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Extraordinary Organizational skills
- Minimum 3-5 years providing similar (Professional, Excel, and/or Inventory) experience
- Advanced Communication and Customer Service skills & experience
Desired Skills/Experience (not required but nice to have):
- Some experience with Peoplesoft would be very nice to have
- Experience supporting Education employees - administrators, faculty/teachers, students and/or clerical staff in any similar projects or Education environments
- Any experience on other educational software systems
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree - ideally from a regionally accredited and/or New York State registered college or university.
- NOTE: Professional experience may be substituted for college education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years.
