Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering sales orders, handling item setups, and managing vendor onboarding. This role requires excellent coordination skills as you will liaise with various team members from marketing, operations, warehouse, and finance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Entry: Accurately enter and manage sales orders in the system, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
  • Item Setups: Manage the setup of new items in our inventory system, ensuring all product details are correctly entered and maintained.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors, including collecting necessary documentation and setting up vendor accounts.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Customer Service: Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute sales reports, track order statuses, and provide updates to relevant team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, order entry, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales/order management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members across different departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Education: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
