We are seeking an energetic, people-focused professional to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator


What will you be doing?

  • Manages office inventory in a responsible manner, tracking inventory levels and facilitating timely replenishment
  • Responsible for stocking supplies and refrigerators throughout the office, including in the offices of the CEO and the primary meeting rooms.
  • Maintains positive attentiveness to New Hires, guests and Team Member arrivals/departures and other hosting needs.
  • Supports with internal/external events or socials (decorating, arranging food, moving furniture and also offering assistance throughout the events).
  • Supports event logistics including site visits and meeting reservations.
  • Responsible for picking up in-office lunches, which are typically catered to feed up to 50 Team Members.
  • Displays administrative functions such as mail/postage handling, conference room availability/booking, copy/shredder machine maintenance, etc.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked and clean coffee bar and other common amenity areas.
  • Is a highly reliable/dependable, trustworthy and dedicated Team Member who adheres to other duties as assigned


What are we looking for?

  • One to two years of related experience or strong customer support skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be available to be onsite in our amazing office in Addison M-F 9am-6pm CST
