JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with impactful presentation abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in influencing and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
