As the HVAC Sales and Operations Manager, you will be managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to capture new business, expand existing customer relationships, and enter new markets.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities while managing current accounts to grow their business.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote HVAC products and services.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Attend sales meetings with management to review performance, challenges, and new opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
  • 3+ years in a management role
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and operational tools.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a drug test
