The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing contact center operations. Analyze volume and patterns to optimize organizational processes, resources, and workflows, and to continuously improve delivery effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning and processes, measuring and analyzing key performance indicators, and orchestrating resources for optimal efficiency.
  • Establishing new policies and procedures and providing support to contact center representatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Call Center Management positions
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
