Senior Manager/Manager, Business Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager/Manager, Business Transformation to join our team at Catapult Solutions Group. This individual will play a key role in driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives for our Quote to Cash program, working closely with Sales and Finance departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and project management, with experience in implementing and managing large-scale projects. They will be responsible for managing process redesign and change management projects, preparing project plans and status reports, and facilitating cross-functional requirements gathering and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process redesign and change management projects for our Quote to Cash Program
  • Develop and implement project plans and status reports
  • Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering and solution design
  • Document current business process flows and problem statements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance project team members to support day-to-day issues
  • Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Finance, or Business
  • 6-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well with high-performance teams
  • Self-starter with strong recognition of schedule and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Financials desired
  • Experience with SDLC, PMI, and/or Agile Methodology
  • Understanding of on-premise/cloud/SAAS systems
  • Experienced and proficient in systems and process documentation
  • PMP certification desirable but not required
  • Systems and technology experience: ERP/CRM/XRM, MS Office/Projects/Visio, Project Management system
