The Territory Manager will be responsible for executing strategic and operational plans under the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Sales Director. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily sales activities focused on territory growth, including targeting, nurturing, and launching new accounts.
  • Develop and implement territory business plans on a quarterly basis, utilizing sales strategies based on market insights and potential opportunities.
  • Lead training and education initiatives during account launches to ensure successful implementation.
  • Present and implement Performance Guarantees at key accounts, followed by Quarterly Business Reviews to track success.
  • Regularly communicate account insights and updates to the leadership team.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and align team efforts with the business plan.
  • Deliver clinical and economic presentations to customers, committees, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Uphold the company's ethical standards and consistently represent the company in a highly professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospital administrative staff, executing corporate contracts when appropriate.
  • Exhibit deep product knowledge and share insights with the broader team, including training new hires, covering other territories, and providing input into marketing strategies and competitive intelligence.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry, including products and customer needs.

Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in medical device sales, strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency to achieve objectives.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to target and prioritize key accounts.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility within the territory, effectively communicating with clinical staff, administrators, and physicians.
  • Emotional intelligence to efficiently manage time and clinical resources.
  • Experience in medical device sales, particularly with Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and administrators.
  • Strategic thinker with a tactical approach, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and resourcefulness in achieving goals, both as a leader and team player.
