Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes needs of data with SME’s and determines appropriate tools for capture and display
  • Participates in planning for new technology needs for practice
  • Gathers and maintains data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyzes complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret data.
  • Creates and presents comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develops visual representations of data, including charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.
  • Works closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Ensures the integrity of data by performing regular audits and data validation checks.
  • Identifies and resolves data-related issues and inconsistencies.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis processes.
  • Fosters a collaborative environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Provides administrative support as needed.
  • Explores operational improvements and collaborate with operational teams to design and implement.
  • Works closely with the leadership team to identify operational trends to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of network security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Adaptable and highly agile-must be comfortable being a doer and a facilitator depending on focus for the project.
  • Experience building dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to create complex ad-hoc statements involving large datasets.
  • Reporting experience, preferably with Crystal Reports, or other technologies that interface with databases.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organization skills; able to keep track of high-volume tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Comfortable with prioritization and competing deadlines.
  • Superior analytical skills and can research solutions and make recommendations.
  • Confidently develops plans to meet goals and can articulate team roles in achieving them.

Education & Certification:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
