Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in IT Administration in a Mac environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and maintaining technical procedures.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Okta.
- Scripting and automation experience.
