We are looking for a Digital Business Manager:


You will have the opportunity to:

-Collaborate with the regional and local team so that SONDA is a Trusted Advisor and N°1.

-Technology Partner for companies and institutions that need to digitize and evolve their business processes.

-Customize the regional strategy of SONDA Digital Business to the local market.

-Act as a strategic technological partner for our clients together with their work team and the industry verticals that operate in SONDA.

-Lead client-facing activities from the origination of businesses (projects/services) to their realization.

-Qualify opportunities together with industry verticals.

-Manage the local Digital Business Area.

-Develop the necessary capabilities to achieve the expected results and build a sustainable business in Digital Business.

-Influence and execute the necessary actions to comply with the sales plan, monthly revenues and excellence in delivery to achieve economic results, NPS and employee engagement.

-Report in a timely manner, with reliability and accuracy the results and forecast of the local Digital Business Unit.

-Develop, integrate and implement technological solutions that ensure the fulfillment of our value in our clients.

-Ensure the connection of Digital Business with the ecosystem of partners and alliances that SONDA has.


Ideal if you have knowledge and experience in:

-Master's degree in careers related to and related to business administration and information technologies.

-+8 years of experience leading businesses in digital transformation and technology consulting companies in one of the following areas: Digital Software Factory, Data & Advanced Analytics, Digital, Architecture or Technology Consulting & Digital Interactions.

-Executive with passion for enabling technologies, collaborative, reliable, with business vision, entrepreneurial spirit and exploration.

-Inspirational leader with strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Demonstrate strong consultative abilities and skills.

-Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

-Demonstrate strong competencies and skills for interpersonal relationships.

-Flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a changing Environment.

-Ability to focus on key short-term deliverables while directing and developing the capabilities that will mark the future.
