Job Description: Senior level IT professional responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing of Enterprise Service Now implementation. Work with a team of testers to develop and execute test plans, identify and fix defects. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance and testing, developing and executing test plans, developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, maintaining test documentation, automating tests.

Mandatory skills Experience with Service Now ITSM and CRM suite of applications

Experience with Service Now Test Management and Automated Test Framework

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing


Certifications or Desired skills if any Service Now certifications desirable
