We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) team in Franklin, MA. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading change and improving the culture of compliance with our customers in mind.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Hands-on implementation in Quality Assurance/Control
  • Auditing (Internal, External, Supplier)
  • CAPA ownership and mentoring for all business partners
  • Providing support in the creation and monitoring of Nonconformances
  • Completion of Complaint Investigations and trending
  • Participation on New Product Introduction teams to provide feedback relating product quality and compliance and the quality management system
  • Use Thermo Fisher Scientific's PPI Business System to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the Quality function
  • Continuously participate in supplier qualification and monitoring supplier quality

What We're Looking For:


We require a proactive problem-solver with an understanding of problem-solving tools and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have demonstrated ability (5 years) in Quality Engineering and experience working with multiple projects and focus areas. Six Sigma or Lean Training and or Certification are preferred.


About the Role:


This is a hands-on implementation role in Quality Assurance/Control. Requirements:
