Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present company financial statements to executives. Explain any significant variances.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for all business units.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis of domestic and international manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform analysis of potential acquisitions and make capital expenditure recommendations.
  • Work directly with multiple plant managers on various financial reports and projects.
  • Build and continually improve financial modeling and reporting processes.
  • Manage and mentor Staff Financial Analyst.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and analysis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • 7-15 years of accounting or finance experience is required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with both executives and multiple plant managers.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Excel.
