Job Title: Knowledge Management Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Experience: 2+ years


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Plan, drive and execute multi-phase knowledge transformation projects for eGain’s clients using the eGain Knowledge Method.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to eGain’s clients including conducting health checks, training, workshops, evaluating current environment to identify challenges, and identifying next steps and solutions
  • Create customer success stories by documenting value derived from knowledge solution, and the client’s knowledge transformation journey
  • Be hands on in projects (planning, creating, configuring, testing) from kick-off to successful completion


Education and Experience:

  • 2+ yrs. of industry experience with a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
  • 1+ yrs. of knowledge management or content management experience
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (~50%)
  • Believes in and pursues delivery of quality through automation, smart processes and talented teams

Compensation

  • The base salary range is $100,000 to $180,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Restricted stock or stock option grants, subject to company policies and performance.

Please note that the compensation package can vary based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
