Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to lead our healthcare payer team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing GTM Strategy for payer/provider industry, build and maintain strong relationships with our healthcare payer clients, understand their unique needs, and manage a high performing team to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payer organizations, serving as the executive point of contact and thought leader.
  • Consulting: Identify client needs, provide strategic insights, and position Fractal.ai’s solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to customize AI and analytics solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Market Insight/Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes within the healthcare payer space to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and client satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including cloud engineering, partnerships and alliances, sales
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team and account teams to drive growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting with delivery , program management .
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and delivering value-added solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
