They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions at a critical unionized facility that serves several well-known brands. The role involves managing all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, labor law compliance, conflict resolution, training and development, and union relations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of labor relations, and a proactive approach to managing a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, union agreements, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling employee relations, negotiations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must excel in conflict resolution strategies.
