Job Summary

Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Operations team in day-to-day activities.


Essential Tasks And Duties

  • for HR labor invoice administration for US staffing agencies, Mexico contractors, Canada agency employees & consultants including:
  • invoice and process invoice and arrange payments timely and accurately.
  • invoice logs to finance if applicable.
  • with other HR Operation tasks as needed.
  • reports for HQ and Finance as needed.
  • administrative and clerical support as needed assigned by the manager.

Requirements
