HR Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with job postings and arranging interviews
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Assist with new employee communications and training
- Assist with new employee time off requests and scheduling
- Assist with new employee communications and training on paychecks and benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with new employee communications and training on leave requests and scheduling

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills - written language is a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (required)
- Ability to work independently - required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - time management skills and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Experience in Human Resources preferred but not required - we will train the right person

HR worked in an educational related field is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Educational field: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
