Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Access Control Group. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support executives and other team members. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, Purchasing, Project Management, Vendor Relations and Accounts Payable/Receivables.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience a MUST
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as order processing, accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
