Job Title: Chemical Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Channel Personnel Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, and industry players.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, analyzing performance against targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years proven experience as an account manager.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
