Executive Director, Visual Merchandising

You’ll join the Global Merchandising team to oversee project planning of new store openings, pop-ups and wholesale account refreshes.


This is a Full Time opportunity. The office operates a Hybrid model (3 days/week) and is located in West Hollywood.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage global retail project operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams for seasonal launch planning.
  • Oversee global visual merchandising updates, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Coordinate internal planning and updates for retailer planograms.
  • Manage project timelines, vendor delivery dates, and approval processes.
  • Ensure clear communication of design intent to vendors and teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Visual Merchandising Management or a related field (Beauty Industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in leading visual merchandising processes and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative, positive, high-energy, and strong in execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; prestige/luxury brand experience is a plus.
