This is a full time exempt position.


Role Expectations

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing the proposition in an international client environment and initiating contact with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conceptual sales and strategically positioning solutions. You will build the bridges between tech and commerce, putting technology into terms our clients can understand and appreciate while offering practicable, scalable solutions. Your position will be a comprehensive one that includes effective contact with current and prospect key accounts, generating new opportunities, presenting to (international) clients, negotiating with them, closing deals, supervising projects and realizing the journey from pre-rollout (pilot) to concrete deployment.

In addition to the above activities and responsibilities, you will perform such other duties assigned to you by your direct manager, the Director of ID Cloud Platform.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in programs including CRM, Powerpoint, MS Office and Excel
  • Demonstrable Business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Proactive in every sense of the word
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Proven track record in sales and/or at least 5 years’ sales experience
  • Understanding and exposure of the retail industry is preferred


Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, sit, type, view monitor(s), use phone or other communication devices for an extended period of time and safely lift 20-50 lbs
  • Able to travel both domestically or internationally expectation 50%-70% to include North and South America, the Netherlands and Canada
  • Geographical located in the greater Boston area in proximity of our Burlington Office location for in person office collaboration or team events
  • Must hold a valid US driver’s license, passport and be eligible for US employment
