ROLE – Inside Sales Account Manager
Headwall Sales offers a unique and fun sales environment fueled by the nonstop pace of the transportation industry. Headwall is headquartered in Denver, CO and looking for motivated current or aspiring sales-minded individuals who are excited to work in office to cultivate, build, and grow accounts.
You Will:
· Complete Headwall Training that preps you for your new team
· You will manage several accounts, maintaining and building the relationship
· You will provide quotes, build shipments, and communicate with clients and vendors
· Work closely with our Operations Manager on bid packets and RFQs for existing and potential clients.
· Collaborate cross functionally with operations and other departments to ensure delivery of Headwall’s tracking and customer service standards
· You will prospect, create qualified leads, and hunt within existing accounts to generate new business opportunities
· Become a subject matter expert in the freight industry and Headwall’s standards
· Opportunity to travel up to 5% to meet in-person with existing clients (drop-off swag, order lunch, etc.)

What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
· 1-3 years of Experience and/or intense interest in account management
· You're not afraid to fail and you can recover quickly from difficult objections - rejection doesn’t get to you
· You’re an excellent listener and you can communicate clearly & concisely both verbally and in written forms
· Strong ability to adapt and possess a coachable mindset - you'll receive frequent coaching
· Openness to growth and desire for leadership opportunities a plus
· Desire to work hard and exceed goals- you’re not satisfied unless you’re the best
Benefits & Compensation:
