My client is hypergrowth start-up,3 building a technology-driven financial platform which aims to provide financial empowerment to every working American.

The solution itself offers easily accessible financial product, credit repair and financial education services to enhance individuals' financial literacy. The platform ensures their end-users avoid exploitive fee's and abusive interest rates.

This is a revolutionary platform which utilizes in-house tools to evaluate creditworthiness, rather than reliant on a traditional credit score system. Making granting affordable credit access easier and further informed, with a mission to enhance individual lives and society as a whole

Where would you come into this?

The Product team is growing rapidly - There is a brand-new CPO in place who is a rockstar in the FinTech product space. Having harnessed incredible success across a variety of start-up business. She was instrumental in her last two companies growing into unicorn status businesses, with aims to do the same here.

You will be working directly with the CPO to lead the discovery, market research and development of the B2C offering for the businesses.

The company is seeking a Product Manager who is savvy, commercially minded and enjoys working in a vibrant fast-paced environment. This type of business is perfect for risk-takers, great team players and natural self-starters.

What does success look like after 3 months?

  • Definition and delivery of Product Strategy, long term vision and roadmap backed by market data and customer discovery.
  • Create product backlog and develop business cases to aid in the prioritization process.
  • Drive the delivery of product strategy and backlog. Defining success metrics and support adoption of existing products in partnership with marketing teams.


The Requirements:

  • 1-2 years + experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech, Lending or tech start-up
  • Demonstrable success in delivering product features while working with agile frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and takes ownership for getting things done.
  • Team player comfortable working in a high growth scale-up firm and contributes toward an informal work environment.
  • Experience with AI and generative models will be a bonus.
