About the Role

The position of Associate Manager for Inbound Warehouse is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the optimal operation of inbound processes. As a leader of a team of 21 Operators and one coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods, with a strong focus on quality and delivery to our production lines.

You will be part of our management group, working closely with other leaders to drive long-term strategic directions and daily routines. Your tasks will be varied and include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance by optimizing processes and workflows
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring employee engagement and motivation
  • Ensure optimal staffing for 24/7 operations throughout the year

You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our production processes and business operations, as well as develop your professional, personal, and managerial skills. We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree and solid experience in logistics, automation, or supply chain management. Managerial experience from similar roles is preferred, as is knowledge of cLEAN and GMP principles.
