    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are executed in accordance with Dunkin' standards and procedures
    • Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
    • Ensure that all products are prepared according to Dunkin' standards and recipes
  • Profitability:
    • Drive sales growth and profitability by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
    • Manage cash handling and inventory control during shift
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Fluent in English
    • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
    • Math and writing skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
    • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
