POSITION SCOPE:
The Operations Administrator’s responsibilities may include report creation, scheduling and maintaining meeting agendas, supporting communications and new processes, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support and organization as needed.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience working in an administrative or operations role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Monitor and track operations metrics and maintain databases.
· Assist with team meetings, coordinate schedules, and maintain records.
· Troubleshoot operational problems to ensure efficient processes.
· Draft documents, memos, and emails as needed.
· Prepare presentations and other operational documents.
· Research new operational procurement, agreements, and methods to better business.
· Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies
· Update and maintain operational systems and information in an organized manner
· Organizes operations activities, including planning, organizing, and communication.
· Creates agenda and notates all Operational Meetings
· Maintains all financial records and organizes PNLS for senior leaders and reporting.
· Creates and oversees implementation of reporting.
· Manages day to day operations.
· Research operational tasks to include procurement for exhibitions planned.
· Leads the operations calendar for all shows and overall collection of important dates and issuance to leaders responsible.
· Supports communication from Senior Operations to the site and region leaders.
· Regularly communicates with the leadership on any outstanding issues, concerns, or guest needs.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure.

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· University degree Business Administration, Operations, or related field or at least 2 years’ experience in an operations position.
· Knowledge of computers, software applications, and database management. Applications include: Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Drop Box, and NetSuite (not necessary but preferred)
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Detail oriented and attention to accuracy.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Some lifting (min 25lbs.) with bending at the waist like motions, stocking merchandise
· Ability to travel to any place when required.
· Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays and in consideration of time zones.
· Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment which requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching through the shift.
