We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships and driving account success.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Bambu, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and growing key accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, improve their usage of our platform, and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. This role offers a performance-based bonus plan linked to account growth and client satisfaction, providing a strong incentive for exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand existing accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bambu’s products and services.
- Usage Optimization: Advise clients on best practices and strategies for maximizing the use of Bambu’s platform. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure clients are leveraging all relevant features and functionalities.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics. Provide clients with regular updates on their usage, ROI, and any areas for improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements and address client needs. Advocate for client requirements and suggest improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present account reports and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations based on account data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to advise clients on their optimal use.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
