Job Overview:

This position will be vital in managing our HubSpot CRM system and maintaining our website. It requires a unique blend of technical skills and a passion for the wine industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software and website management, an interest in wine, and a willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

 - Oversee the daily operations of the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

 - Customize and configure HubSpot features to optimize sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

 - Provide technical support and training to CRM users, ensuring optimal usage and addressing any issues.

 - Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and procedures.

Website Administration:

 - Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate content reflects our latest products and promotions. Experience with Shopify is a plus.

 - Integrate critic reviews, customer testimonials, and wine-related content into the website to enhance user engagement.

 - Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

 - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website enhancements, new features, and SEO strategies.

 - Ensure the website complies with industry standards and best practices for security, accessibility, and SEO.


Wine Knowledge and Content Management:

 - Manage the inclusion of wine descriptions, tasting notes, and critic reviews on the website.

 - Work with the team to curate and upload content related to wine education, events, and promotions.

 - Demonstrate a willingness to learn about fine wines and spirits to manage content and customer interactions effectively.


Collaboration and Communication:

 - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM and website strategies with business goals.

 - Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a CRM platform and website administration.

- Proficiency in CRM software and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot).

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in wine or willingness to learn about fine wines and spirits.
