Contract Administrator/Billing Analyst

Position Summary
This position is responsible for reading, analyzing and interpreting contracts to model invoicing calculation. Conducting analysis of subscriber reports as well as contractual terms to prepare accurate and timely invoices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform monthly analysis of billing process to ensure accuracy.
Perform month end closing of billing system.
Review of contractual terms and apply to billing process.
Coordinates with Legal, Sales and Collection departments to ensure the revenue cycle is properly performed.
Conducts ad hoc billing scenario/projects analysis.
Essential duties and responsibilities are those most important or most frequently performed duties. Employees will be required to perform other job-related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
Pay-TV billing experience a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to perform strategic planning and set priorities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business management preferred.
Spanish/English required, Portuguese a plus.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions to perform this job successfully.
Physical Requirements
Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Involves walking or standing for brief periods of time.
