Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Coordinator at One Step Up. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for communication and coordination with various internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient production. They will be involved in production planning, management of production processes, and project management. The Senior Production Coordinator will also need to have strong organizational skills to track progress and meet deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

• Managing production process from beginning to end

• Serve as a key liaison for internal team & the overseas vendors/agents

• Issuing and updating all purchase orders within company system

• Maintain product cost updates and communicate with overseas offices regarding requested costing options

• Align tasks to achieve on-time delivery and quality product for the product approval process

• Maintain/oversee WIP report & product tracking process

• Issuing and updating all purchase orders within company system.

• Arranging & approving carton marking, UPC and trim approvals.

• Collaborate with design, sourcing and sales teams.

 

Skills and Behaviors:

• 3-5 years of apparel production minimum

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be detail oriented

• Ability to work on tasks and job functions independently

• Ability to build cross-functional relationships

• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

• Must be able to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities

• Highly proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task.

 

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in related role

• Experience in Active Apparel a plus
