Join our dynamic team as a Showroom Manager, where you'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our valued clients and partners. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with salon-professional product selection, facilitating smooth checkout processes, and maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with clients to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise and offer detailed product information.
  • Conduct business transactions, including handling cash, processing debit/credit cards, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure a pristine work environment through regular cleaning tasks such as bathroom maintenance, counter cleaning, sweeping, and dusting.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Showroom Manager to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor pricing and inventory management to optimize the customer shopping experience.
  • Create appealing showroom displays, advertisements, and promotional setups.
  • Coordinate with supplier to order, receive, and make pricing modifications.
  • Track and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Process online orders and oversee client shipments.
  • Generate daily reports for Sales Reps and Managers using QuickBooks.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in basic math, writing, and reading tasks without supervision.
  • Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
