Job Description

Future Home Loans, Florida's largest producing mortgage brokerage, is looking for a highly organized and efficient part-time Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential support to our headquarters and satellite offices, but will sit in the Space Coast location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
  • Managing various administrative tasks
  • Utilizing CRM software for basic data management
  • Coordinating deliveries and shipments
  • Coordinating internal events held at the office
  • Greeting visitors and managing reception area  
  • Managing office supplies and equipment to keep inventory for all loan officers
  • Copying, scanning, and receiving documents from clients 
  • Assisting with any special projects that arise 

Skills Required: 

  • 0-2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Possesses a strong ability to identify and resolve issues without direct supervision
  • Experience in real estate and/or mortgage not required but a plus
