Job Description
Future Home Loans, Florida's largest producing mortgage brokerage, is looking for a highly organized and efficient part-time Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential support to our headquarters and satellite offices, but will sit in the Space Coast location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Managing various administrative tasks
- Utilizing CRM software for basic data management
- Coordinating deliveries and shipments
- Coordinating internal events held at the office
- Greeting visitors and managing reception area
- Managing office supplies and equipment to keep inventory for all loan officers
- Copying, scanning, and receiving documents from clients
- Assisting with any special projects that arise
Skills Required:
- 0-2 years experience in an administrative role
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Possesses a strong ability to identify and resolve issues without direct supervision
- Experience in real estate and/or mortgage not required but a plus
Benefits
