Flannery, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been manufacturing aluminum and steel trims since 1975. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, we produce a wide range of trim products designed to complement both interior and exterior wall systems. Our full production and fabrication facility has one of the largest inventories of niche extruded aluminum construction trims in the United States. We are committed to providing technical assistance and customer service to support builders, architects, and owners in their building design.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical assistance for a specific sales territory. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. A moderate amount of travel will be required.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous Sales experience
  • Account Management knowledge
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks
  • Industry knowledge and experience in building and construction is a plus
