Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Supervisor at Orange Door Homes LLC located in Cleveland, OH. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning operations at multiple properties throughout Cleveland, including onboarding and training cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing efficient cleaning processes, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Support with cleaning will also be required when necessary.


Pay: Salary ($40,000)

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Location: Cleveland, OH


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in managing cleaning or janitorial operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
