About the Role

Pleasantview Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
