Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilization and implementation of work order and CMMS systems
  • Planning and allocation of maintenance resources
  • Enhancement of preventative and predictive maintenance systems
  • Collaboration with the plant Safety Team to uphold a secure working environment and minimize injuries
  • Oversight of equipment inspection PMs to ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, customer, and operational standards
  • Management of the plant's Capital Expenditure budget and supervision of project management initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated supervisory or management experience with proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience; 10+ years in maintenance management within a heavy manufacturing context is preferred
  • Strong aptitude in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to inspire and drive results through collaboration with team members
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of driving change and implementing improvements
