Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the upkeep of the entire residential community. This role combines hands-on work with supervisory duties, ensuring a wide range of preventative maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently. The position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks effectively among the maintenance team,
  • Adjusting work processes to align with project timelines,
  • Implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency,
  • Providing mentorship to both new and existing maintenance personnel,
  • Conducting inspections to assess the quality of work performed,
  • Managing inventory and processing requisitions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry,
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining residential facilities,
  • Strong skills in supervision, troubleshooting, communication, training, and problem resolution.
