This data-centric method allows them to detect diseases such as cancer, cardiac issues, metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases early—before they become harmful. Consequently, members can maintain peak performance throughout their lives, feeling as vigorous at 100 as they did at 60.


Divisions of Fountain Life:


Fountain Life Centers: These centers are located in New York, Orlando, Naples (Florida), and Dallas (Texas). There is a demand for over 40 such centers worldwide.


Fountain Digital: A fully digital, AI-enabled healthcare platform that includes over 100 biomarkers, seamless integration with wearables, personalized hormone and peptide therapies, and expert recommendations on supplements and medications by Functional Medicine MDs.


Position Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reporting directly to the COO, will lead the marketing strategy, overseeing branding, media, and e-commerce operations. The CMO will develop and direct marketing strategies that align with the mission and business goals of Fountain Life across all units, driving long-term growth.


Responsibilities:


·     Leading marketing initiatives for Fountain Life Centers and digital offerings to increase demand and market penetration.

·     Developing social media, influencer marketing, podcast programming, and educational marketing strategies.

·     Managing digital media execution and channel development, including paid search, social media, email, SEO, and public relations.

·     Enhancing website experience, conversion optimization, and customer journey, including member referrals and renewals.

·     Focusing on customer lifetime value, defining the customer journey, and leading the customer care strategy.

·     Managing marketing expenses within budget, maintaining an ROI-driven approach.

·     Developing a thought leadership agenda, content creation, and speaking at conferences.

·     Ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.

·     Optimizing promotions for Fountain Digital and promoting Fountain Health Benefits to employers.

·     Using data and AI to refine marketing strategies and predict trends.

·     Leading and expanding the marketing team, ensuring operational excellence.

Skills, Experience, and Education:


·     At least 10 years as a senior marketing executive, preferably with experience in marketing Membership programs.

·     Skills in digital marketing and data analytics.

·     Experience in managing a global brand and working in a D2C model focused on membership renewal and customer retention.

·     Proven ability to drive growth in a startup environment.
