Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Location: Orlando, FL. | On-site

The ideal candidate for this position should have a dynamic personality and a strong passion for sales and marketing. Previous relevant experience is preferred, and the candidate should also be interested in learning new sales techniques. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills. The responsibilities of this role include giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.

To be considered for this role, you must have a high level of attention to detail, as well as Effective written and verbal communication skills,

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to meet client demands and drive brand awareness
  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Giving presentations.
  • Maintaining a marketing database.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Understanding company products and brands.
  • General office duties.
  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organization skills.
  • A passion for learning and a strong desire for career growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and communication tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
