As a Sales Account Executive at GreenIQ, you'll have the opportunity to leverage GreenIQ’s expertise and success in the industry to offer customized energy-saving solutions to businesses nationwide. In this role, you'll be responsible for taking leads generated by our Business Development Executives and guiding them through the sales process to successful closure. Your mission will be to cultivate strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate how our AI and IoT energy monitoring and management solutions can optimize their operations and drive sustainable outcomes.


From identifying new business opportunities to conducting thorough market research, you'll leverage your expertise to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client. Your role will be pivotal in guiding companies toward embracing sustainability as a core value while achieving their business objectives.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our technical team to customize solutions, delivering compelling presentations to key stakeholders, and utilizing your negotiation skills to secure profitable deals. Your ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and build lasting partnerships will be critical to driving growth and profitability.


While prior experience in energy efficiency or monitoring solutions is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a proven track record in inside sales and a passion for making a positive impact. Key Responsibilities:


  • Guide leads from Business Development Executives through the sales process to closure, ensuring personalized attention and seamless transition.
  • Close high-value deals ($50k+) to drive company growth and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by deeply understanding their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Showcase how GreenIQ's solutions optimize operations and drive sustainability for clients, emphasizing tangible benefits and ROI.
  • Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and insightful analysis.
  • Manage lead pipeline and track progress using PipeDrive CRM, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in workflow management.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to tailor and customize solutions that address clients' specific requirements and goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, effectively articulating GreenIQ's value proposition and differentiation.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to navigate complex deal structures and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of GreenIQ's solutions to clients, aligning their needs with our offerings.
  • Build lasting partnerships based on trust, transparency, and shared objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to anticipate market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Requirements for Success:


  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GreenIQ sales processes, methodologies, and the customer journey.
  • Strong proficiency in IT systems and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and persuasive abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, enabling efficient prioritization and execution of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Aptitude for grasping technical solutions and effectively translating their benefits into compelling value propositions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, coupled with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Sales Commission on Target $70K/Year in addition to base compensation
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 8 paid holidays.
