We love to solve problems with design and technology, we offer full-stack, edge-to-cloud embedded development services.Witekio is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations in the US and looking for a diverse range of solutions to support our growth strategy. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Witekio Marketing and Sales teams, as well as local Partners.The role will involve adapting sales strategy for North America and executing the business development activities with the support of the local team and the Global Marketing Department. Please note you need to be based in Washington State and be quite flexible with frequent office visits.The ideal candidate is passionate about people, curious about technology, and the use of technology services. You prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, learning, curiosity and you have a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organization. You love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use a bit of automation to make daily life easier.Responsibilities of the role:Executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets in the USBuilding strong relationships with strategic prospectsBeing accountable for the Key Sales Processes in the US (pipeline reviews, Monthly KPI's and Quarterly sales Forecasts)Managing Business Development Managers, Channel Managers and Account Managers in the US and ensure their performance along their sales journeyWorking with the Global Marketing Department leading on campaign plans like: launches, lead generation, sales generation, awarenessWorking closely with the marketing team to set local events in the USMain KPI's:Consolidated closing for the USNew Business closing for the US (up sells, cross - sales, new projects & new customers)Interaction with other departments: Direct report to the VP of Sales & MarketingManagement of Business Development and Account Management in the USCollaborating with the Marketing Team for the Online and Offline EventsCollaborating with the Director of Professional Services for resource allocation and customer successThe successful Sales Director will have:Experience managing Sales TeamProven experience inselling professional servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, Engineering Departments, external vendors, and partnersGreat negotiation skills and presentation skillsKnowledgeable and passionate about software and engineering productsGood understanding of the new product development processesObjectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spiritGood listener with ability to be assertive in various situationsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment.Ability to master consultative sellingAbility to master various CRM toolsBenefits: Salary range: OTE $180 - 220K (Depending on experience)All benefits are effective starting the first day of the month following the start dateFully paid employees' medical, dental, and vision insurance and 50% paid for dependents.A 100% match on the first 5% of your 401K contributions starting after 90 days.25 Days of PTO Per year11 Company-paid Holidays- Include the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year'sFully paid short- and long-term disability-Includes a life insurance plan.Orca Card
