Our client has an immediate need for an HR Partner for a large, well-established industry leader. Seeking an experienced HR Generalist with prior experience supporting unionized populations. Will drive HR initiatives across the Minneapolis plant including employee relations, succession planning, performance management, and HR process improvement. This position will be located on site in the Minneapolis office and relocation will be provided.


  • $100-105K base plus 10% bonus


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree
  • Prior experience supporting unionized staff
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing/distribution
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
  • Masters degree
  • Experience working in large, multi-site company
  • Bilingual Spanish
