We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our PBM services. You will play a critical role in driving growth and achieving strategic business objectives by leveraging your expertise in account management and the PBM industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans that align with their goals and our services.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and work with internal teams to drive expansion and renewals.
  • Solution Development: Partner with clients to understand their challenges and develop customized solutions that deliver value and improve health outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and value from our PBM solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with insightful, proactive advice.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, clinical, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is integrated into our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the PBM industry, PBM Consultancy or similar business line.
  • Location/Geography - must reside or be able to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of PBM services and the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
